Our Export Accelerator Programme offers FREE training, mentoring and consultancy to Preston businesses to enable you to hit the ground running on your export journey. Delivered by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce's International Trade Team on behalf of Preston City Council and funded by the Government's UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

Introduction to International Trade

Gain confidence in import/export processes and procedures. This one-day course will cover export and shipping documentation, logistics, incoterms, commodity codes and preferential origin. Learn vital information to ensure HMRC compliance and avoid costly mistakes. You will acquire the requisite knowledge to make informed sales decisions and to implement smooth export procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.

Half Day Consultancy

In addition to the training workshops, you will also benefit from one-to-one advice from the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce's International Trade Team. Tailored to match your needs, this can include services such as mentoring, consultancy on specific issues, and market research. This can be sector or country specific, depending on your business needs.
